Stephanie L. Tang to Moderate WBAI Webinar Discussion Regarding Domestic Violence and Divorce
Stephanie L. Tang will help moderate a discussion regarding the intersection of domestic violence and divorce cases in an upcoming Zoom webinar hosted by the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois on Thursday, July 15 at 12 – 1:30 pm CT.
As part of the Discussions with the Domestic Relations Division series, “The Intersection Between Domestic Violence and Divorce Cases” will explore family law fact patterns to understand the intersection of these two topics.
Judges from Cook and DuPage Countys’ Domestic Relations Divisions will discuss:
- Domestic violence as it relates to exclusive possession of the marital residence
- Dividing living spaces in the marital residence
- Domestic economic abuse
- Allocating parenting time in domestic violence cases
- Managing the case when an abuser petitions for an order of protection
